AIPhc functions as a donation-based platform. Please note the following:
Non-Refundable Donations – All donations made through AIPhc are considered final and non-refundable, as funds are immediately allocated towards relief activities and beneficiaries.
Duplicate Transactions – In case of an accidental duplicate donation or incorrect amount charged, donors may contact us within 7 days of the transaction. After verification, a refund may be initiated for the duplicate amount.
Technical Errors – If a donation is not successfully processed due to technical issues (such as payment gateway failure), the deducted amount (if any) will be refunded and credited within 7–10 business days to the original paymet method.
